Previously, Jay served as Global Head of Strategy & Operations at DAZN Group, where he led commercial and operational initiatives across a $1B+ media rights portfolio and a nine-figure P&L. During his tenure, DAZN achieved 345% revenue growth and a 211% increase in EBITDA, driven by market expansion, new product launches and performance optimization.
Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Associate at CAA Evolution, advising on transactions across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors, and began his career in healthcare consulting at Mercer. His experience spans advising, investing in and helping scale early-stage and growth-stage businesses in healthcare, logistics, and media.
